The Five of Wands

Get past your sensitivity today, just because we share difference in opinion does not mean we do not share a common goal.  Today put all the bickering aside, and openly share your thoughts, and ideas.  Yet let us not forget to lend an ear to your fellow man in return.

Today:

I wanted to start with the topic of energy because it's the central focus of how we communicate with the divine.  Whether we feel we are able to harness that energy or not, we all have the potential to communicate with the divine at anytime as long as we have will, focus and intention. Through scientific means we know that we live in a world filled with the different types of energies. Such as the light spectrum, electromagnetic waves, and sound waves. This energy is a representation of the manifestation of  the divine in our daily lives.  So that's why I wanted to share this simple meditative spell that can be done within a three minute length of time.

Energy Spell

In your minds eye, imagine you're surrounded by a blue light, I also like to imagine my self in a room where everything is blue if something as light is hard for you to visualize. I would try to make it a simple room to minimize your intent to gather energy. While in the blue light or room countdown from 12 to 1 each time you count down relax your body to the best of your abilities.  When you're done counting down just enjoy your meditative state a bit. When you're ready touch your index finger to your third eye or your forehead and state the need for the extra energy whether be for a task or spiritual need, release and repeat (optional).
